Run to the other side.
Back and forth, up and down the court. I panted hard, wiped the sweaty hair from my face, and turned back around to face the rest of the dimly-lit court. The burning in my lungs let me know it had been about three hours since I started. I love that ache crawling up my legs into my arms. It lets me know everything's ok. Everything is right.
Just a couple more rounds. The noise of the basketball hitting the floor resounded throughout the empty gym. Breaking into a sprint, I raced down the court to the other basket, enjoying the new adrenaline rush. At the last second before the shot, I switched to my left hand and dunked the layup.
I grabbed the rebound before it touched the ground and was about to run back to the next basket. But when I turned around, about two feet from me stood a boy. Immediately I noticed that he was at least three inches shorter t

The ball is up...it's for me...it's tossed high with a slight curve...
Keeping your eye on the ball, you took your approach, swung your arms back, jumped high up in the air and...tipped the ball over the net. No words could describe the satisfying feeling you had, watching the players on the other side of the net scramble and dive into the ground in an attempt to reach the ball you already knew they'd lost.
You watched the faces of the Tokonami players as they glowered at you from the floor. You stuck your tongue out and gave them a wink as you turned to high five your team members and the referee blew the whistle signaling the the end of the match.
"Nice one, (y/n)-san!" Nishinoya praised, giving you a stinging high five with both his hands.
"You were all gwah! I honestly did not see that coming!" Hinata gushed, sparks in his eyes.
You chuckled. "What can I say? It just comes naturally." You said with a nonchalant shru

It started as a rumor.
Ricken had been in the men’s bathing tent, a ways away from Chrom. Push came to shove, and next thing he knew (Name) was in there screaming at Chrom and throwing things at him. The mage had ducked for cover, keeping his nether regions hidden far from sight as he attempted to keep from getting his nose broken by flying soap bars.
And that’s when he heard it; Chrom and (Name) talking to each other, apologizing and mentioning something about being partners in crime. And what’s worse? That they’d both “seen each other naked”. Ricken was absolutely mortified.
So, where is one supposed to go when discovering this kind of information? Not to Maribelle. And where does Ricken go?
“They did what?!” Maribelle practically screeched, and Ricken shushed her, a panicked look in his eyes. She glared at him indignantly, obviously ruffled by the new development. Not to mention their faces were blazi

in which Kaname is born
I rested on the back of a giant serpentine with iridescent misty blue scales and a lion-like mane of snowy white hair. A pair of rich, vibrant brown horns protruded from his temples, and a pair of shining crystals were embedded within his eye sockets that seemed to make him appear all-knowing, all-seeing, as though not a single soul could hide a secret from him. He was a regal dragon one could call "The Wind" since his real name was unknown to many. He ruled the skies, and by calling his real name could one earn the right to have him carry oneself from one end of the world to the next similar to how the wind could sweep me away in flower petals to the one who called my name.
At the memory of Snake, my heart ached.
I held the shining white blossom between my fingers, twirling it idly and wr
